Expect a hold up on 327 between 20 and the town of Orland.

Officials with the Indiana Department of Transportation Northeast say that NIPSCO is working on a permit in the southbound side of the roadway. Motorist are encouraged to seek alternative routes in order to avoid delays.

The NIPSCO project is expected to last until the first week of January.
