Fall Leaf Pick-up in the city of Auburn is officially underway, and residents around the area are being asked to do their part to keep the process of cleaning up the leaves as smooth as possible for city officials.
Beginning today, areas may overlap due to heavy leaf fall or weather as the persistent rains from over the weekend have knocked even more leaves out of the trees across the area.
Residents are asked to please have leaves at the curb on the first day of your area's pick-up week, as only one pass per street will be made during the pick-up week.
Leaf pick-up is expected to last through early December.
