Kendallville Daycare Co-operator Arrested On Child Molesting Charges

KENDALLVILLE - The co-operator of a Kendallville daycare was arrested on felony child molesting charges.
The Kendallville Police Department stated Robert Neace, 55, has been preliminarily charged with child molesting, a Level 4 felony.
Neace and his wife, Viki Neace, run the Junior Jungle daycare located at 908 S. State St.
Court documents noted the Kendallville Police Department was contacted by the Department of Child Services (DCS) regarding possible child molesting.
The DCS indicated that the parent of the child victim said the child was touched inappropriately while at the Junior Jungle daycare.
The documents further described the alleged heinous acts where Neace both touched licked a young child under the age of four.
Neace was held without bond until his arraignment on Monday, April 1 at the Noble County Circuit Court.
Neace denied all allegations and bonded out at $2,500.
If convicted the Level 4 felony could carry a sentencing of 2 to 12 years.
Kendallville Police Department stated Neace is also facing resisting law enforcement charges following his initial arrest.
