FORT WAYNE - A Carroll High School student was killed in a car accident on Saturday, November 11.
The accident took place in the city’s far northwest side off of Coldwater Road.
The Allen County Sheriff’s Department said the crash happened near Coldwater Road and Watervale Cove around 10:30 p.m.
An SUV was going north on Coldwater Road when it was struck by a southbound car that swerved.
The car was driven by Jackson Garton, of Fort Wayne.
Police are unsure why the southbound car swerved.
