(INDIANAPOLIS) - Northeast Indiana lawmakers are encouraging Hoosier students to apply for the Indiana House Page Program during the 2026 legislative session. The program allows students ages 13 to 18 to spend a full day at the Statehouse learning how state government works. Pages observe the legislative process, tour the building, and interact directly with their elected officials.
The program begins in January and runs every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday through the end of the legislative session. Pages serve from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on their selected day, while groups participate on Wednesdays.
Students are responsible for their own transportation and lunch. Parents and students are encouraged to apply early for their preferred date.
