(ANGOLA) - Area businesses looking to hire Trine University students or graduates for internships and full-time positions are invited to participate in the university's annual Tailgate for Talent.

The outdoor career fair will be held along Thunder Drive from noon to 3 p.m. Thursday, September 24.

Tailgate for Talent gives Trine students seeking internships or employment after graduation an opportunity to meet employers, present resumes and practice interviewing skills.

The event also allows participating businesses to connect with other employers and learn how Trine University may assist with their workforce and business needs.

Last year's event drew a record attendance of more than 700 students and more than 140 registered employers.

Students on Trine's Angola campus represent more than 40 undergraduate majors in engineering and computing, business, education, health sciences, arts and sciences.

Trine reports that more than 99% of its students have been employed or enrolled in graduate school within six months of graduation over the past 13 years.

Businesses may register at trine.link/tailgate-2026.
