(ANGOLA) - Menards stores are serving as collection sites for local food pantries during a summer food drive running through July 31.
The home improvement retailer is accepting donations of non-perishable food items at participating stores. Customers can purchase items from the grocery department, including products such as cereal and canned soup, and place them in designated collection boxes located near store exits.
Menards officials say the effort is intended to support local food pantries and help meet community needs during the summer months.
The food drive began June 1 and continues through July 31.
