(AVILLA) - A statewide Silver Alert has been issued for a missing Avilla woman believed to be in extreme danger and possibly in need of medical assistance.
Indiana State Police say 72-year-old Mirta Budd was last seen at approximately 9:40 p.m. on May 10.
Budd is described as 5 feet 2 inches tall, weighing 140 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes. Authorities said it is unknown what clothing she was wearing when she was last seen.
Police believe Budd may require medical assistance.
