BRYAN, OH - Two local Northwest Ohio newspaper companies have been recently purchased.

AIM Media Midwest announced it has acquired the Bryan Publishing Company and Napoleon, Inc.

AIM announced the hiring of all current employees and the operations will remain under the direction of local resident, Sally Heaston, who is being promoted to publisher.

The publications and affiliated web-sites included in the transaction are the daily newspaper The Bryan Times and bryantimes.com, as well as the daily newspaper Northwest Signal and its website.

Other terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
