City of Bronson Is Accepting Proposals Until Thursday For Leasing Farmland on Mill Street

BRONSON, MI – City officials in Bronson have announced that they will be leasing some farmland, and will be accepting proposals until this Thursday.

The City of Bronson is accepting sealed bids for the leasing roughly 9-10 acres of farmland at 422 Mill Street.

Proposals should be submitted by 2:30 p.m. this Thursday April 7th, 2022.

The city reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids for any reason and to seek modifications to the proposals deemed in the best interest of the City of Bronson.

The City is willing to consider agreements for a four year lease period.

The property can be accessed from Mill Street. Irrigation equipment is not on the site, nor is there a well from which water is drawn for irrigation.

Proposals should be submitted to The City of Bronson, Attention 422 Mill Street Farm Land Lease, 141 South Matteson Street, Bronson, MI 49028.
