Indiana Health Commissioner Has COVID-19 for the Second Time

INDIANAPOLIS - The Indiana Department of Health announced Wednesday morning that State Health Commissioner Kris Box has tested positive again for COVID-19.

The department of health noted that Box is fully vaccinated and received a booster dose in November.

This is the second time Box has become sickened with COVID-19, after testing positive in October 2020. An estimated 15,000 Hoosiers have become reinfected with COVID-19.
