ANGOLA, IN - It was a busy night for the Angola Plan Commission, approving four cases.

First on the agenda was the vacation of the north half of the lot forty-six at 800 Butler Street in Angola, Indiana. The vacation also included all setbacks, easements and lot lines. The vacation will make way for a future subdivision zoned as medium density single family residential.

The commission approved the vacation of the platted lots numbered 1, 2, 5, and the North 30 feet of lot six on the woodhull addition at 619 W Maumee STreet for Trine University in correlation with the Ice Hockey arena at the University. Also approved was A plat for lot five in the Angola Innovation Park with development plans for a new commercial facility approximately 20,000 square feet for Bill’s Professional Towing.

The Angola Plan Commission will meet again in May.
