Williams County utility officials, workers and first responders are setting up a massive test scenario, to be ready if a chemical related emergency arises which will occur on Tuesday.
Bryan Municipal Utilities will host an emergency preparedness drill, involving the simulated release of an industrial chemical at the Bryan Water Treatment Plant from 9 A.M. until Noon, located on South Emmet Street.
Utility officials say the mock exercise is designed to help ensure emergency preparedness and coordination with various agencies.
